At OfficeCrew, we maintain a professional membership with the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers. That’s important to you as a client for a few good reasons:

  • Members are bound by a Code of Ethical Conduct that means we must always act in the best interest of your business while adhering to New Zealand law and industry best-practice. We also carry professional indemnity insurance that protects us both in case something goes wrong.
  • Members are endorsed by the Institute because they’ve had to prove their skills and knowledge to a high standard. We also undertake Continuous Professional Development and have access to the resources we need to ensure our knowledge is up-to-date, including briefings from ACC, IRD and the Dept of Internal Affairs.
  • We’re part of a global bookkeeping community and maintain relationships with other industry professionals – if we haven’t encountered the problem you’re facing we probably know someone who can help.
